Today I’m sharing a Friday night dinner menu that I recently cooked for six of my friends. Watch me cook the meal here.
For the mains I cooked a deeply savory eggplant and beef casserole with herbs and tomato sauce, and an apricot glazed roast chicken that is reminiscent of grandma’s. Alongside the proteins I made stuffed Swiss chard leaves with a tangy rice and herb filling, as well as roasted cauliflower steaks with za’atar.
