Hamin is a traditional slow cooked Shabbat dish made with meat, potatoes, grains and eggs thats cooks overnight on Fridays and is served on Saturdays for lunch. This is a very popular Jewish dish and has different names and recipes in Jewish communities around the world. My family is from Morocco and we call this Schena.
