Today I’m sharing a recipe for turkey meatballs that are loaded with herbs and braised in tomato sauce with peas. It’s a delicious and hearty one pot situation that I cook for my family often on weeknights. It works just as well for a Shabbat or holiday meal like Thanksgiving next week. I love to serve this with white rice — my husband has also enjoyed these meatballs in a pita bread sandwich.
